LEGAL NOTICE The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors will hold its next regular evening meeting in person on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Alert: The meeting will not take place at the usual meeting location. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held at the Eastern View High School FORUM, located at 16332 Cyclone Way, Culpeper, VA. Social distancing measures may be implemented. Please be aware for signage. The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 1, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments and consider adopting an Uncodified Ordinance to approve or deny an application for tax exemption submitted by Culpeper Hospital Auxiliary from tangible personal property taxes pursuant to Culpeper County Code Sections 12-175 to 12-181. The approximated tax relief amount: $1,650 (assessed value: $47,000 or less). A copy of the proposed Uncodified Ordinance is also available for review at the County Administrator's Office, 302 N. Main Street, Culpeper, VA 22701 during office hours, M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The meeting is being held at a facility believed to be accessible to persons with disabilities, namely at Eastern View High School FORUM, located at 16332 Cyclone Way, Culpeper, VA.
