CL19-78 PROCTER MARSHALL, ET ALS, JAMES VENEY, MARY FRANCES BELL, BESSIE HOLMES, PHYLLIS TOWNES, and ALL OF THE HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS (AND THEIR CREDITORS AND SPOUSES) OF JAMES VENEY, MARY FRANCES BELL, BESSIE HOLMES and PHYLLIS TOWNES, and any and all persons who have or who claim to have any interest in property surveyed as 0.7410 acres and 0.7720 acres, Scott Magisterial District, Fauquier County, Virginia (GPIN #s 6061-79-2793-000 and 6061-79-2663-000) acquired by Harriet Ann Hall a/k/a Harriet Anne Hall a/k/a Harriet Bannister a/k/a Harriet Johnson by instrument from R. A. McIntyre, Sp. Comr., in Bannister v. Ruth Carter, et als., dated August 13, 1940 and recorded on June 13, 1941, in Deed Book 150, page 504 with plat recorded at Deed Book 150, page 425 and by instrument in a division of her father's (George Bannister) property, and as recorded in Deed Book 91, page 31, which persons are unknown and who are made parties hereto as PARTIES UNKNOWN, (TO BE SERVED BY PUBLICATION) Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION #2 The purposes of this cause are to quiet title to the property which is the subject of this cause; to establish its owners; to remove clouds on title; to partition Lot 2 and Lot 3, resolving all questions of law; and for such other and further relief as this case in equity may require. It is therefore ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week in the Culpeper Star-Exponent for four consecutive weeks and that JAMES VENEY, MARY FRANCES BELL, BESSIE HOLMES, PHYLLIS TOWNES and those made defendants by the general description of "Parties Unknown" appear on or before the 4th day of November, 2020, in the Clerk's Office of the Court and do what is necessary to protect their respective interests herein.
