PUBLIC HEARING Town of Culpeper Planning Commission Please take notice that on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at the Economic Development Center, 803 South Main Street, Culpeper, VA. at 6:00pm, the Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the following cases: Public Hearing Conditional Use Permit Case CUP-2360-2020: A request for a conditional use permit to add a second human cremation unit at the Found & Sons facility located at 850 Sperryville Pike (Tax Parcel Number 40A 1 1) with- in the West Fairfax Magisterial District. Public Hearing Town Ordinance Amendment Case AMD-001-2021: An amend- ment to Chapters 22 (Subdivision) and 27 (Zoning) of the Town Code to up- date references stemming from a recent update to Chapter 27, Article IV, Flood Hazard Areas. Documents relative to the above case may be examined at the Town of Culpeper Municipal Building, Planning & Community Development Department, 400 S.
