NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Culpeper Joint Board of Zoning Appeals Please take notice that on Thursday, May 20, 2021, in the County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 302 North Main Street, Culpeper, VA. at 7:00 p.m., the Culpeper Joint Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following case: Public Hearing Variance Case VT-002-2021: A request for a variance at tax parcel number 41A2 5B2 21 (946 Briscoe Street) to Sec. 27-296 of the Town's Zoning Ordinance to define rear yard as extending from the front line of the principal structure rather than the rear line in the instance where the rear line of the structure is situated approximately four feet from steep slopes and floodplain. The variance would allow the property owner to install an accessory structure within the newly defined rear yard. Documents relative to all of the above cases may be examined at the Town of Culpeper Municipal Building, Planning & Community Development Department, 400 S. Main Street, Suite 301, Culpeper, Va. 22701, (540) 829-8260. Persons interested in the above case are invited to attend the meeting and express their views.
