It appearing from an affidavit that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiffs to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is located, without effect, and that the individual to be served is a nonresident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before November 9, 2020, and do whatever is necessary to protect her interest. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be posted at the front door of the Culpeper County Courthouse located at 135 W. Cameron Street, Culpeper, Virginia 22701.
