Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO: The Unknown Heirs of: Luke M. Poland, Louis H. Moore, Jr., William C. Moore, and Dennis Reid Moore And Amanda Moore, Address Unknown And Miranda Moore, Address Unknown The object of this suit is to quiet title to real property located in Culpeper County described as: One-Half Acre, more or less which was separated from the main tract by the construction of State Route No. 673 cutting thru the property of the granters [sic], located in the Stevensburg District, Culpeper County Virginia, and being a part of the same property devised and bequeath- ed unto James C. Edwards by Will of his father, Lenes C. Edwards, re- corded in Will Book 47 at page 136 in the Clerk's Office, Court of Culpeper County, Virginia. AND BEING the same property described in that dated January 24, 1972 and recorded in Deed Book 221 at page 574 among the land records of Culpeper County, Virginia. AND FURTHER BEING the property described as "a small tract of one acre on Route 673 joining this large tract on the north" in Paragraph 8 of the Last Will and Testament of Luke M. Poland, probated in Culpeper County Will Book 75 at page 312. AND FURTHER BEING the property described as "0.713 AC., T.M. 35, PCL. 13D" on that plat recorded as Instrument 200001004, and Plat Folder 4 at page 762 among the land records of Culpeper County. It appearing this order is right and proper as evidenced by the Affidavit for Order of Publication filed according to law. It is therefore ORDERED that the above-named defendants, appear on or before the 27th day of June, 2023, before this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests; and it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Culpeper Star-Exponent, a newspaper of general circulation in Culpeper County and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse where this Court is held. Plaintiff shall pay the cost of such publication, and the Certificate of Publication and the bill for such publication shall be sent to John E.
