PUBLIC NOTICE The Culpeper County Planning Commission will hold its next regular meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Culpeper County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 302 North Main Street. Social distancing measures may be implemented. Please be aware for signage. The following item(s) will be on the agenda for consideration and public comments are invited. 1. ADDITION TO THE BRANDYWINE AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICT: Request by Susan Gugino to add Tax Map/ Parcel No. 61/95 to the Brandy- wine Agricultural and Forestal District, pursuant to Article 8E of the Zoning Ordinance. This parcel consists of 64.11 acres and is located between Route 15 (James Madison Hwy) and Route 692 (Old Orange Rd) in the Ce- dar Mountain Magisterial District. 2. ADDITION TO THE STEVENSBURG AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DIS- TRICT: Request by Susan Gugino to add Tax Map/ Parcel Nos. 52/32A, 52/36 & 52/42 to the Stevensburg Agricultural and Forestal District, pur- suant to Article 8E o the Zoning Ordinance. These parcels consist of a com- bined 142.29 acres and are located off of Route 662 (Kibler Road) and Route 658 (Mount Pony Road) in the Stevensburg Magisterial District. Interested persons may attend this meeting in person to express their views. You may also observe this meeting at: Culpeper Media, government access TV Station (; Comcast Public Access Channel 10; or, Verizon Fios Public Access Channel 21.
