The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce proudly recognized outstanding businesses and leaders at the 35th Annual Awards Gala, "A Night at the Museum," held Friday, April 24, at the Fredericksburg Country Club.
This year’s event delivered a truly immersive experience, featuring curated displays from the Fredericksburg Area Museum, Gari Melcher Home and Studio, and Liberty Town Arts. Guests moved from room to room exploring artifacts, Victorian-era clothing, paintings and more, bringing the theme to life in a unique and engaging way.
With more than 300 attendees, including representatives from small and large businesses, nonprofits, and state and local governments, the evening served as a celebration of entrepreneurial spirit, community impact, and regional success.

Community Impact Award: Honors an individual or organization that has made a significant and lasting difference by addressing local needs, enhancing quality of life, and driving positive change through programs, partnerships or services.
Entrepreneur of the Year: Recognizes a business owner who demonstrates exceptional vision, creativity and determination in building and growing a successful business that contributes to the local economy and community.
Large Business of the Year: Celebrates a company with 75 or more employees that has shown outstanding growth, leadership and industry excellence while making a meaningful impact through job creation, innovation and community involvement.
Small Business of the Year: Awarded to a business with fewer than 74 employees that exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit, strong customer service and a commitment to community engagement, growth and innovation.
Prince B. Woodard Leadership Award: A prestigious honor recognizing an individual whose leadership, vision and service have made a lasting impact on the Fredericksburg region, reflecting a deep commitment to community and excellence in leadership.
Honoring excellence across the region
This year’s honorees reflect the strength, innovation and leadership that continue to drive the Fredericksburg region forward.
Community Impact Award – Chancellor Village: For more than 35 years, Chancellor Village has gone beyond traditional senior living to create a community centered on connection, wellness and quality of life. Through education, advocacy and partnerships, they serve as a trusted resource for seniors and families across the region.

Entrepreneur of the Year – Margaret "Maggie" McIntyre, Rejuvalase Medspa: Margaret "Maggie" McIntyre has grown Rejuvalase Medspa from a single treatment room into a thriving business rooted in education, authenticity and client-centered care. Through the launch of an esthetics school and a strong commitment to community giving, she continues to lead with purpose and resilience.

Small Business of the Year – Fredericksburg Technology: Fredericksburg Technology has experienced rapid growth while maintaining a mission-driven, values-based approach centered on integrity, transparency and relationship-focused service. Their work supporting businesses and nonprofits, combined with strong community investment, has made them a trusted regional partner.

Large Business of the Year – Shore United Bank: Shore United Bank has built a reputation grounded in trust, relationships and community impact. With a focus on personalized service and local decision-making, the bank continues to support businesses and organizations while investing significantly in charitable giving and volunteerism.

Prince B. Woodard Leadership Award – Dr. Troy Paino: Since 2016, Dr. Troy Paino has led the University of Mary Washington with a vision for innovation, academic excellence and community partnership. His leadership and forward-thinking initiatives continue to shape the future of both the university and the Fredericksburg region.
