The No. 12 University of Mary Washington women's soccer team could not be stopped on Wednesday evening as the Eagles took more than 30 shots and scored six goals en route to a 6-0 victory over Eastern Mennonite in Harrisonburg, Va.
The offense began its onslaught in the fourth minute when Maria Walsh found the back of the goal for her first of the season. Then, Maci Landel followed with her second of the year just three minutes later to raise the lead to 2-0 after Amanda Dolan found her with a pass. Mary Washington added its fourth tally of the first half when Emily Box found McGee open for McGee's first goal of the season in the 21st minute.
